Agreement

These terms govern your use of Oratiz, operated by Oratiz. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Oratiz.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Accounts are for individual use unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Polar, our payment provider. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page. Voice Note allowances reset every calendar month, including on yearly plans.

A free trial gives you 3 Voice Notes for 5 days. A payment method is required to start a trial, and no charge is taken until you activate a paid plan.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription, which opens the Polar customer portal. When you cancel, access continues until the end of your current paid period. Refund eligibility is handled case by case — contact us and we will review your request.

Your content

You keep ownership of the recordings, text, and drafts you create with Oratiz. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that content in order to provide the service — transcription, generation, storage, and publishing to accounts you connect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Oratiz to:

• Break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
• Generate or publish content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or hateful.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or recordings of people who have not consented.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Violate the terms of any platform you connect, including LinkedIn and X.

AI-generated output

Oratiz uses AI models to produce drafts. Output may contain errors and is not guaranteed to be accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish.

Third-party platforms

Publishing and scheduling depend on the platforms you connect. If a connection expires or a platform changes its API, scheduled posts for that platform may not publish until you reconnect. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Oratiz available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid plans.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Oratiz is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of business of Oratiz.
