Who we are
Oratiz is operated by Oratiz. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Oratiz, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information
Your name, email address, and profile image when you create an account or sign in with Google.
Content you provide
Voice recordings and audio uploads, the transcripts produced from them, written ideas you enter in Studio, the drafts Oratiz generates, and the writing samples and voice profile details you add during onboarding or in Settings.
Connected accounts
When you connect LinkedIn or X, we store the access tokens and account identifiers needed to publish and schedule on your behalf. We never post anything without an explicit publish or schedule action from you.
Billing information
Payments are processed by Polar. We receive subscription status, plan, and billing period from Polar. We do not receive or store full card details.
Technical information
Basic security and diagnostic records such as sign-in history and error logs.
How we use your information
- To transcribe your recordings and generate drafts.
- To personalise generated content so it matches your writing style.
- To publish or schedule posts to the accounts you connect.
- To manage your subscription, usage limits, and billing.
- To keep your account secure and to diagnose technical problems.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share data only with providers required to run the service: hosting and infrastructure, our database provider, AI transcription and generation providers, Polar for payments, and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Cookies
Oratiz uses cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the service. These keep you signed in and maintain your session. We also store your theme preference locally in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
Data retention
We keep your account data and content while your account is active. You can delete individual drafts and content from Content Hub, or delete your account and its associated data from Settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at privacy@oratiz.com.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access to production systems is restricted. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the “last updated” date above.
